VoiceProductions is an established European voice-over platform that connects clients with over 1,000 professional voice talents in 50+ languages. We’re known for fast delivery, competitive pricing, and high-quality recordings for commercials, e-learning, explainer videos, audioguides, and more. While we’ve already built a strong reputation in Europe, we are now setting up our very first U.S. office in Scottsdale – and we’re looking for the right person to help us launch and grow our presence in the American market.

Your Role
We're looking for a hands-on sales and business development professional who can drive our growth in the American market. This is not just a sales job – you’ll be directly involved in building our U.S. presence from the ground up. You’ll follow up on warm leads, handle client communication, and actively seek new opportunities. Your voice-over industry knowledge and digital marketing savvy will help shape how we grow and communicate in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with production companies, agencies, e-learning providers, and other potential clients
  • Follow up on existing leads and manage incoming client requests
  • Support clients through the ordering process and help them find the right voice talent
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop a structured outreach approach
  • Collaborate regularly with the European team to align on strategy and operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development (B2B)
  • Familiarity with the voice-over industry is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills and client-focused mindset
  • Proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area – hybrid working model (office + home)
