VoiceProductions is making its exciting debut in the United States! After years of successful operations across Europe, we're establishing our first American office in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to help build and shape our U.S. market presence from day one.

The Role

Join us as a foundational team member who will drive our American market expansion. This isn't just a traditional sales position—you'll be instrumental in establishing VoiceProductions as a leading voice-over platform in the U.S. market. You'll manage the complete client journey while actively building our brand presence and business relationships across America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with production houses, marketing agencies, e-learning companies, and enterprise clients

  • Sales Management: Convert warm leads into loyal clients while managing the full sales cycle

  • Client Support: Guide customers through our platform and help them discover the perfect voice talent for their projects

  • Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while developing targeted outreach campaigns

  • Cross-Atlantic Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our European headquarters to ensure consistent service excellence and strategic alignment

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales or business development

  • Industry Background: Voice-over, media, or creative services experience highly valued

  • Skills: Outstanding communication abilities with a customer-centric approach

  • Characteristics: Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter mentality, and ability to thrive independently

  • Location: Based in Phoenix/Scottsdale area with flexibility for hybrid work model

  • Language: Native or fluent English proficiency
